About the Role
Our client, a well-reputed pharmaceutical company, is seeking a motivated HR Officer to support daily HR management services and compliance operations. The role requires hands-on experience in HR outsourcing functions, recruitment support, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in policy implementation, compliance monitoring, and employee record management.
- Support recruitment by coordinating job postings, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Handle attendance, payroll assistance, and leave management.
- Provide employee relations support and assist in grievance handling.
- Collaborate with HR consultants to ensure best practices and HR solutions are applied.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience (preferably in Pharma or Manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws in Pakistan.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HR software/HRMS will be an advantage.
