About the Role
Our client, a leading software and engineering group, is looking for a Head of Human Resources to lead strategic HR management, digital transformation initiatives, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in HR consulting services, HR outsourcing, compliance frameworks, and talent management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy, policies, and organizational restructuring.
- Drive HR management services including recruitment, retention, and performance management.
- Design and implement compliance frameworks aligned with Pakistani labor laws.
- Support digital transformation initiatives including HR technology adoption.
- Partner with executive leadership to improve profitability, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage HR budgets, audits, and KPI-based performance systems.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent in HR / Finance / Business Management.
- 15+ years of progressive HR and strategic management experience.
- Proven expertise in HR solutions and HR services provider roles across corporate, IT, and banking sectors.
- Strong skills in leadership, organizational change, and HR digital tools (HRMS, BI Data, Jira, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent communication, compliance management, and financial planning expertise.
