About the Role
We are hiring a Hospitality Management Executive to oversee daily operations in the hospitality sector, ensuring excellent guest experiences, smooth service delivery, and efficient team coordination. The role requires strong people management and organizational skills to maintain service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise hospitality operations, including front desk, guest services, and event support.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure top-quality service.
- Handle guest relations, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor operational budgets, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with management to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, or event management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
