About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Compliance Manager to oversee financial operations, payroll management, compliance, and internal controls. The role requires strong expertise in budgeting, risk assessment, and ensuring adherence to organizational SOPs and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations, budgeting, and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual).
- Ensure internal and external compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee payroll processing for employees, contractors, and third-party staff.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure accurate reporting.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation for external audits.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflows.
- Implement and revise SOPs for financial and compliance efficiency.
Requirements
- Master’s in Business Administration (Finance/Accounting) or equivalent.
- 10+ years of professional experience in finance, compliance, payroll, and internal controls.
- Proven track record with multinational FMCG/Manufacturing companies.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, RMPS, and other finance systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
