About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Digital Sales & Research Associate to support business development through online research, client prospecting, and digital outreach. The ideal candidate will be skilled at finding potential clients, generating leads, and assisting the sales team with accurate and up-to-date market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify potential B2B and B2C clients.
- Generate and verify business leads through LinkedIn, databases, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain lead databases with accurate contact information.
- Support sales teams with prospect lists, market analysis, and outreach campaigns.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Apply digital marketing and SEO techniques to improve client visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, research, or digital sales support.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, online tools, and web research.
- Knowledge of SEO/off-page optimization is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and data management skills.
