About the Role
JAA Machinery, a growing trading company importing high-quality used industrial machines from Japan (lathes, milling, grinders, etc.), is seeking a dynamic B2B Machinery Salesperson. The role requires building strong relationships with manufacturing companies, understanding their machinery needs, and offering the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for industrial machinery in the Pakistan market.
- Identify potential B2B clients in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct client visits, product demos, and presentations.
- Build long-term customer relationships and manage post-sales support.
- Collaborate with management to align sales targets with company goals.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of lathes, milling, and grinding machines (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
